A mini macaroon shell designed for pastry-making: its dry texture means it can be kept for a long time and is easy to fill.

Once filled, keep the macaroons in the fridge: they will keep a crunchy layer and a soft, melting centre.

Once filled, keep the macaroons in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours. They will become soft and melt-in-the-mouth again.

Take them out of the fridge 15/20 minutes before serving so that they come back to room temperature, they will be even tastier.

Our shells can be frozen after filling.
