How to choose the right filling for a hot appetizer?
A hot appetizer can be prepared well in advance and can even be frozen. If moisture is absorbed, it will produce a crispy snack after reheating. Ready-made puff pastry fillings are usually used in hot preparations. Most of our ready-to-fill items are suitable for hot appetizers, with the exception of mini cones.
How to choose the right filling for a cold appetizer?
Cold appetizers are handy for both large and small events. Our range of pressed puff pastry can be filled up to 12 hours in advance. While the mini cones will be prepared by the minute.
How can I save time preparing my mini cones?
The mini cones are delivered either directly on a support, or with a painter's palette. This will allow you to decorate them more easily at first, and then to present them in an original way.
How do I prevent moisture from getting into my topping from my appetizer?
You can use a basil leaf, spinach, lettuce, etc. as a moisture pad to add a touch of colour and natural taste to your creation.
Consistent foam also generates less moisture. You can also strengthen your mousse by adding gelatine, starch or butter.
How do I prevent discoloration of my appetizers?
Due to oxidation a crust quickly forms on the foam of your appetizer. In order to avoid oxidation and to guarantee protection, we advise you to fill your appetizers and to prepare them in the special cells in which we deliver our ready to garnish products. Then simply put them in the resealable cash boxes to protect them from humidity in the fridge.
How is the colouring of the veggie cup obtained?
The colouring of the ready-to-fill veggie cup is obtained with 30% vegetable juice. It is a 100% natural colouring, without the addition of artificial ingredients.
How do I avoid fruit oxidation on my tarts?
Remember to coat your fruit with a concentrated jelly, or with a sugar-based topping. On the other hand, raspberries do not tolerate topping at all, unlike tangerines.
How do I prepare my babas?
500 gr of sugar for 1 l of water + your aroma. Thanks to the good density of the sugar syrup the babas do not crack.
Are coffee cups really made for drinking coffee?
Coffee cups can withstand liquids up to 85°C (one coffee = 75°C). They are therefore ideal for your espressos. All without any dishes.
How long do you have to put the ready to fill puff pastry in the oven?
The puff pastry ready to fill is reheated in the traditional oven, before or after filling, for 6 to 7 minutes at 170°C.
How to cook a quiche base ready to garnish?
First of all, always fill the quiche bases with solid ingredients (ham bases, bacon, salmon).
Avoid air in the eggs. When your preparation reaches a certain temperature, the extra air causes pressure on the bottom, which cracks.
You can also, preheat your oven to 180°C and place the quiche bases in it for 2 to 4 minutes. Then remove the quiches from the oven, brush the inside with a beaten egg and put back in the oven for 5 minutes. In this way you will form a protective layer that reduces the risk of cracking when baking the filled quiche.
Can I freeze my quiche?

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can modify your basket as many times as you wish by clicking on the + or - signs, or by clicking on the trash can icon as long as your order has not been validated by a payment.
No item can be added to or removed from your order after it has been prepared. Your payment will be considered as final acceptance of the order. You can exercise your right of retraction.
If your order has not yet been prepared, we will cancel it and proceed to its refund.
If your order has been given to the carrier, we will not be able to cancel it. You will have to refuse the package with the delivery man. If your package arrives at a relay point, do not present yourself at the relay. Please note that in both cases, the return costs will be deducted from your refund.
How do I apply my right of withdrawal?
You can still exercise your right of withdrawal after delivery. You have 14 days from receipt of your package. Some of our products (perishable product) cannot benefit from this right of retraction.
In order to enforce this right, you must have received your package or picked it up at a relay point. The return must be made within 14 days. The package must be returned to us at your expense accompanied by a written request for reimbursement indicating all your contact details, the references of your order, the name of the products returned and their amount.
The refund will be made by bank transfer upon receipt of your package under the following conditions
- The products must be complete and in their original unopened packaging.
Outside the time limit, packages will be refused and returned to the sender. No exchange or refund will be possible

The deadlines indicated in your confirmation are given as an indication. We cannot be held responsible for delays, incidents during the delivery of your order.
For express shipments, we undertake to reimburse the difference in price between a standard and an express shipment for any overrun of 48 hours within the deadline, and after checking with the carrier. The customer will have to make the request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is it possible to deliver in Metropolitan France by express?
All orders placed before noon can be delivered the next day if you have chosen and paid for the option. We do not do express shipping on Friday for delivery on Saturday, the package in this case will be presented on Monday.
Can I change my address after the package has been delivered to the carrier?
In your account, you can create as many delivery addresses as you want, be as precise as possible. (number of your residence, apartment, house, floor, door code, entrance number).
After each order validation, however, you will not be able to change your delivery address.

What are the delivery costs?

Orders for DOM TOM are possible, provided that the total weight of the package does not exceed 30 kg. The parcel is then sent by colissimo, the postage costs are totally at the customer's expense. We refuse to send certain items that are too fragile to be shipped by air freight. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse certain orders. In the latter case, we will proceed to reimburse it as soon as possible.
Customs duties: Any order placed and delivered outside mainland France (Corsica, Monaco, La Guaddeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Saint Barthelémy, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre et Miquelon, French Guiana, New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna and the French Southern Territories) may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the parcel reaches its destination. These customs duties and possible taxes related to the delivery of an item are at your expense and are your responsibility. We are not required to check and inform you of any applicable customs duties and taxes and we have no control over these charges. To know them, we advise you to inquire with the competent authorities of your place of residence.
Do you deliver internationally?
Ready to fill delivered all over Europe with the help of DPD Belgium. The costs are entirely at the customer's expense.
My package doesn't arrive on time?
At first, we invite you to consult the carrier's website, as there may be a delay in delivery. You will find all the information for this in the tracking email that we sent you when your package was shipped.
Your package seems lost, contact us by mail at email@example.com or by phone at 03.20.23.04.44 (price of a local call) we will contact the carrier and keep you informed as soon as possible in return.
My package arrived damaged, or I notice some missing items, what should I do?
When you receive your package from the carrier, or pick it up at the relay point and you immediately notice that the package is damaged or has been opened, we advise you to take a photo and open the package in front of the driver or the person in charge of the relay point to check the whole of the goods. To mention on the slip, the detail of the reserves (name of the product, number of pieces not usable). Send us the photos by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, they constitute proof for the claim file with the carrier. The photos must be sent within 48 hours at the latest upon receipt of the package.
Your package is intact, but when you open it you can see that the goods are damaged. In this case too, send us your photos by email within 48 hours.
No claim for breakage will be taken into account without photos received within 48 hours at Prêt à garnir.
Error is human, if we made a mistake in the preparation of your order, and if this should happen, we apologize in advance. We ask you to notify us within 48 hours upon receipt of your package by any means at your convenience. We will indicate you the procedure to follow for the exchange.
