The preparation


Ingredients: 
1 bottle of meringue crumble Ready to Garnish
1 kiwi
1 mandarine 
10 g of chocolate
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tbsp of white sugar
150 g of flour
1 tsp of yeast
1 egg
1 tbsp of melted butter
200 ml of milk
Preparation:
Peel the kiwi and cut into thin slices.
Peel the clementine, then divide into quarters.
Cut the chocolate into pieces and melt in a bain-marie.
Beat the eggs with the sugar.
Add the melted butter.
In another bowl mix the flour and yeast, add half to the mixture with the eggs.
Dissolve with the milk, then add the remaining flour.
Mix until smooth.
Oil or butter a pan, with a ladle place in the pan circles of dough.
When the dough bubbles, flip the pancakes.
Leave a minute golden.
Arrange the pancakes on a plate, serve with the fruit, pour the maple syrup and chocolate in fine drizzle.
Sprinkle with crumble of meringue.
Serve immediately.
