Ingredients:

4 Vol au vent artisanal ready to fill 

1 packet of frozen seafood

2 shallots

15 cl white wine

15 cl single cream

1 tablespoon cornflour

salt and pepper

To prepare the dish:

Chop the shallot,

Brown in a frying pan with the white wine and season.

Pour the frozen seafood into the pan.

Cook over a low heat for 15 minutes.

Chill in a cool place.

Strain and collect the juice in a saucepan.

Bring the juice to the boil, add the liquid cream, then the cornflour, which you have previously soaked in a little cold water.

Whisk to thicken.

Add the seafood.

Keep warm

Place the vol-au-vents in the oven at 170° for a few minutes.

Arrange the vol-au-vents and serve immediately.
