Ingredients

4 Ready-to-fill butter shortbread tartlets with straight edges

20 cl chilled full cream

100 g dark chocolate

10 g sugar

Sugar Easter eggs

Preparation:

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.

Leave to cool.

Pour the cream and sugar into a chilled bowl.

Whip the sweetened cream gently, then faster and faster.

The cream should increase in volume and thicken.

Gently mix the whipped cream with the melted chocolate.

Leave marbling in the mousse, but do not mix the chocolate and whipped cream.

Pipe the mousse into a piping bag.

Arrange the shortbread tartlets and decorate with the sugar eggs.

The cream should be very cold, ideally 15 minutes in the freezer before whipping.
