Ingredients :

8 Mini trendy chocolate Prêt à Garnir 

150 g mascarpone

150 g chocolate paste

50 g mint syrup

a few mint leaves

1 bottle meringue crumble 3 chocolate

Preparation:

Gently blend all the ingredients until you obtain a smooth cream.

Place the cream in a pastry bag.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Cut off the tip of the pastry bag and fill the mini chocolate shortbread tarts.

Decorate with a little 3-chocolate meringue crumble and a few mint leaves.
