Ingredients : 

24 Taco Flower Cuppy Ready to Fill

1 ripe mango

1 red pepper

2 small red onions

2 tablespoons chopped coriander

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tbsp olive oil

salt and pepper

Preparation:

Peel the mango and dice finely.

Set aside in a salad bowl.

Peel the cucumber and dice finely.

Add to the mango.

Cut the red pepper into small cubes and add to the salad bowl.

Peel the red onion and chop into small pieces. Add them to the rest of the ingredients.

Add the chopped coriander.

In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice and olive oil.

Season to taste.

Pour over the vegetables and mango and mix well.

Adjust the seasoning.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Garnish the Flower Cuppy Taco.
