Ingredients for the crêpes and decoration :

1 bottle of Prêt à Garnir strawberry meringue crumble

400 ml milk

120 g flour

40 g pink biscuit powder

2 eggs

170 g milk chocolate

Preparing the pancakes:

Take a large bowl and prepare the pancakes in 2 batches.

Whisk together all the ingredients: flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, cornflour, salt, baking powder, oil and eggs.

Gradually add the milk.

The dough should be very smooth.

Heat a frying pan and lightly grease it.

Pour in a thin layer of batter.

Cook over a high heat on both sides.

Set aside

Melt the chocolate in the microwave or bain marie.

Spread the chocolate over the pancakes and roll them up.

Cut into 2 cm pieces.

Prick with a stick.

Brush the top of each lollipop with the remaining chocolate.

  1. Sprinkle with strawberry crumble chips and pink biscuit chips.
