Ingredients:

14 Mini Flash Ready to fill 

1 can of sardines in oil

100 g + 30 g cottage cheese

Flat-leaf parsley

2 tbsp of lemon juice

salt, pepper

Preparation:

Drain the sardines.

Remove the center stop.

Put the sardines in a pothole.

Add 100 g of cottage cheese, chopped parsley.

Season.

Cut with the tip of a knife the mini-eclairs in 2.

Generously garnish the mini-eclairs.

Season remaining cottage cheese.

Cover the mini eclairs with the cheese, like a glaze.

Chop the remaining parsley, and sprinkle over the icing.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
