Ingredients:
19 Mini Square Puff Pastry Ready to fill 
70 g of mild chorizo
100 g of Paris mushrooms
1 tbsp parsley
salt, pepper
Preparation:
Clean the mushrooms.
Cut the mushrooms into brunoise.
Remove the skin from the chorizo, also cut into brunoise.
Put a pan to heat, throw the chorizo brunoise.
Remove after a few minutes, keep the cooking juice.
Add the mushrooms to the juice.
Season.
After one minute, add the mushrooms, cook for 1 minute.
Garnish the mini puff bites.
Preheat the oven thermostat 7.
Bake for 5 minutes.
Serve immediately.
