Ingredients:

12 Mini Cone Ready to fill 

2 whole smoked mackerel

80 g of ricotta cheese

1 small onion

parsley

fleur de sel

ketchup

Preparation:

Cut the mackerel fillets into pieces.

Mix.

Add the chopped onion, ricotta, chopped parsley.

Mix.

Add the fleur de sel.

Form small balls of rillettes with mackerel.

Set aside in the refrigerator.

Put a little ketchup in the bottom of each mini-cone.

Place a ball of rillettes in each mini-cone.

Garnish with a pinch of ketchup
