Ingredients:

4 Quichefeuilletée ready to fill 

400 g of pumpkin flesh

2 tbsp sunflower oil

1 onion

1 leek

1 pinch of el

pepper

1 pinch of turmeric

1 pinch of cumin powder

4 eggs 100 g chestnuts

1 log of goat cheese

Preparation of strawberry foam:4

Mix the pumpkin flesh cut into small cubes, add the sunflower oil, add the chopped onion, then the previously minced leek white, salt, pepper, turmeric, cumin.

Simmer.

Add the eggs, then mix everything.

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Place the crumbled chestnuts in each pastry quiche, then cover with 4 slices of goat cheese.

Then pour the pumpkin mixture.

Sprinkled with the rest of the chestnuts.

Bake for 30 minutes.
