Ingredients :

8 Prêt à Garnir waffle coffee cups

2 egg yolks

50 g sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla sugar

1 vanilla pod

30 cl double cream

250 ml milk

red berries

150 g double cream

25 g Morello cherry syrup

To make the ice cream:

Mix the sugar, egg yolks and seeds of the vanilla pod.

Whip the 30 cl of cream until stiff.

Stir the whipped cream into the mixture.

Beat the egg whites until stiff with 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Mix well.

Place in a bowl and freeze overnight.

To prepare the whipped cream:

Place a bowl in the fridge until cold.

Pour in the cream, also well chilled, then the cherry syrup.

Whip until stiff.

Place a scoop of ice cream in the Prêt à Garnir coffee cup.

Decorate with red berries and the cherry whipped cream.
