Ingredients:

24 Mini Spicy Falafel Ready to Fill

1 cucumber

200 g fresh cheese

1 tbsp sriracha sauce

80 g red onion

1 tbsp chopped coriander

salt, freshly ground pepper

To prepare the salad:

Peel and halve the cucumber.

Remove the seeds from the cucumber, then cut into pieces.

Mince the onion.

Place everything in a blender and season.

Blend briefly.

Pour into a bowl and add the fromage frais, sriracha sauce and coriander.

Mix and season to taste.

Place the mixture in a bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Serve just before serving.
