Ingredients

12 ready to fill neutral fluted mini tellinis

quail eggs

diced smoked salmon

lumpfish roe

sprigs of dill

black pepper

To prepare the dish:

Break a quail egg into each telline.

Place the telline on a baking tray.

Place the telline in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes at 180°.

The egg whites should be cooked.

Remove the mini tellines from the oven, place the diced salmon on top, add a little lump roe and chop the dill sprigs.

Season with pepper.
