Ingredients:

8 Trendy Butter Chocolate 8 cm Ready to fill

8 pear halves in juice

100 g almond powder

2 eggs

50 g butter

bitter almond extract

100g caster sugar

5 tablespoons single cream

1 can of whipped cream

1 bottle of liquid caramel

To prepare the cake:

Preheat the oven to gas mark 6.

Cream together the butter and sugar.

Add the whole eggs, then the powdered almonds, finishing with the liquid cream.

Add 3 to 4 drops of bitter almond extract.

Pour the mixture into the Prêt à Garnir chocolate shortbread tartlets (about halfway down the tartlets).

Cut the pears into strips.

Arrange them on the tartlets.

Place the Trendy in the oven for 20 minutes.
