Ingredients

8 butter puff pastry Etoiles ready to fill 

500 g cooked, shelled mussels

50 cl tomato sauce

1 to 2 tablespoons Thai pastry

chopped garlic

1 tablespoon parsley

pitted green olives

salt and pepper

To prepare:

Heat the shucked mussels.

Add the tomato sauce, hot sauce (be careful not to overdose), a few chopped green olives, garlic and parsley.

Season to taste.

Bake the puff pastry in the traditional oven for 6 to 8 minutes at 170°C.

Garnish just before serving.
