Ingredients:

12 Mini Trendy Neutral Ready to fill

12 scallops

3 tbsp double cream

2 + 1 tbsp wild garlic pesto

4 slices smoked bacon

a few shavings of Parmesan

To make the panna cotta :

Mix the 2 tbsp wild garlic pesto with the crème fraîche.

Thinly slice 3 slices of smoked bacon.

Add to the mixture.

Add a tablespoon of Parmesan shavings, cut into small pieces.

Add to the mixture.

Cut the last slice of smoked bacon into strips.

Fill the mini trendy neutrals with the mixture.

Add a scallop and a little pesto.

Place a slice of bacon and a parmesan chip on top.

Bake for 10 minutes at 180°.

You can finish the gratin by putting it under the grill for 1 minute before serving.
