Ingredients:

6 ready to fill butter puff pastry tarts

150 g soft butter

150 g caster sugar

150 g almond powder

3 eggs

3 pears

1 bag of chocolate chips

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 170°C.

Peel the pears and cut them in half lengthways, removing the centre. 

Cut each pear half into strips.

Arrange the slices of half a pear in each puff pastry base.

Set aside.

Mix the softened butter, caster sugar, almond powder and eggs in a bowl.

Pour the mixture evenly over the tartlet bases and add a few chocolate chips.

Place in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
