Ingredients

1 tray of pink macaron shell, ready to fill

200 g raspberries (can be frozen raspberries)

1 sheet of gelatine

50 g sugar

To prepare:

Soak the gelatine for 10 minutes in cold water.

Wash the raspberries.

Bring the sugar and water to the boil.

Place the raspberries in a bowl and add the syrup.

Strain the coulis through a sieve to remove any small seeds.

Return to a low heat and add the gelatine.

Chill in the fridge for 6 hours.

Fill the macaroon shells.

Leave in the fridge until ready to serve.
