Ingredients:

Mini-shell from ready to fill 

2 - 3 endives (chicory)

butter

1 tablespoon honey

Scallops

Preparation:

Peel and clean the endives and slice into small strips.

Braise the endives in a pan with a little butter.

Add a tablespoon of honey and leave the endives to caramelise over a high heat for 5 minutes.

Pan-fry the scallops in a little butter.

Garnish the mini-shells with the endives and scallops.

Add a drop of honey if required.
