Ingredients:

8.5 cm shortbread tartlet with butter, ready to fill 

800 g nutmeg squash

2 whole eggs

2 egg yolks

20 cl single cream

150 g sugar

pinch of salt

To prepare the squash:

Peel the nutmeg squash.

Steam the butternut squash for 20 minutes.

Puree the butternut squash.

Add the cream, eggs, salt and sugar and mix well.

Pour the mixture into the Prêt à Garnir shortbread tart shells.

Place in the oven at 6°C for 30 minutes.

Keep a close eye on cooking.

Leave to cool.

Our tip:

Serve with a touch of whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg.
