Ingredients:

6 Trendy Rectangle Ready to Garnish

40 g honey-caramelised cashew nuts

50 g cranberries

100 g white chocolate pistoles

100 g single cream

1/2 leaf gelatine

To prepare the cake:

Soften the gelatine in cold water.

Heat the cream.

Remove from the heat and add the softened gelatine.

Pour over the white chocolate pistoles and mix well.

Place a few cranberries in the bottom of the shortbread tartlets.

Pour over the white chocolate mixture.

Add a few more cranberries and the cashew nuts.

Chill in the fridge.
