Ingredients

12 Mini chocolate butter trendies ready to fill

1 bottle of 3-chocolate meringue crumble

Coconut shavings

30 ml coconut milk

25 g low-fat cocoa powder

30 g sugar

10 g cornflour

Preparation:

Mix the cocoa powder, sugar and cornflour in a bowl.

Gently heat the coconut milk, then pour in the sugar, cocoa and cornflour mixture.

Set the mixture aside in the pan.

Allow to thicken for a few minutes over a low heat.

Remove from the heat when the cream is thick.

Place the cream in a small bowl and cover with cling film.

Chill for 4 hours.

Garnish the mini trendy.

Decorate with coconut shavings and sprinkle with 3 chocolate meringue crumble.

If you don't have coconut shavings, you can use grated coconut.
