The preparation

Ingredients:

Ready-to-fill mini sweet cone

200 g single cream

150 g sweetened condensed milk

3 lemon juices

Dried black lemon powder

Lime zest

To prepare:

Whip the whole cream into a whipped cream.

Mix the condensed milk with the lemon juice.

Add 2 cloves of black lemon, then add the lemon zest.

Mix well.

Fold into the whipped cream

Pipe the mixture into a piping bag.

Fill the mini-cones and sprinkle with lemon zest.

Freeze for 6 hours

Take the mini-cones out a few minutes before serving.
