Ingredients

12 corollas Ready to fill

1 small avocado

120 g crabmeat

juice of 1/2 lime

lime zest

1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds

1 pinch of Espelette chilli fleur de sel

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

To make the caramel:

Halve the avocado and remove the skin and stone.

Cut the flesh into small cubes, place in a salad bowl and sprinkle with the lime juice.

Crumble the crabmeat and add to the avocado.

Cut the zest into small pieces and crush the coriander seeds.

Add to the mixture, season with the Espelette chilli fleur de sel, then add the mayonnaise.

Mix and adjust the seasoning.

Garnish the mini-canapés.

Our blogger's tip:

If you are using tinned crabmeat, it should be well drained before being added to the avocado.

Place your preparation in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
