Ingredients:

Mini waffle dish with chocolate interior Ready to fill

1 bottle meringue crumble 3 chocolate

1 bottle of meringue pearl

1 bottle of strawberry meringue crumble

200 g dark chocolate

6 eggs

1 pinch of salt

Preparation:

Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie.

Set aside

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Put a pinch of salt in the egg whites and beat until stiff.

Beat the chocolate with the egg yolks and fold in the egg whites using a pastry blender.

Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

Fill the mini-cupcakes with waffle batter and sprinkle with crumble.

Serve immediately.

You can also pipe the chocolate mousse into a piping bag and arrange in the Prêt à Garnir chocolate mini cones.
